Starting June 2026, a roster spreadsheet containing the following columns is required before your booking can be confirmed:
Athlete First Name | Athlete Last Name | Parent Email | Team (JV, Varsity etc)
You may either upload a CSV or Excel spreadsheet with this form, or share a Google Sheet with hello@ohanastudios.org
This information can typically be exported directly from BigTeams. OHANA Studios has a DSA agreement in place with our partner schools.
You may submit this booking request without uploading a roster; however, your booking will remain in a Pending status until the roster is received by OHANA Studios. Your requested date will be temporarily held during this time.
If a roster is not received at least 7 days prior to picture day, the event may be rescheduled. Reminder emails will be sent if the roster has not yet been received.
