Media Day
A Media Day is dedicated to creating high-impact visual content for your organization. This can include social media images, banner photos, website content, print pieces, marketing graphics, and more. It’s ideal for club teams, middle and high schools, and colleges that want polished media content for their athletes and programs.
Because this session is focused on creating media content, we encourage multiple poses, props. We bring the creative lighting, and special effects to create images that stand out, or if you prefer extracted images those are easy to produce as well. These sessions are more about quality and variety than moving athletes through a traditional picture day line.
15–25 athletes is ideal, but larger groups can be accommodated. Contact us for details.
Team & Individuals
An OHANA Team & Individual Picture Day is a “traditional” picture day designed so every athlete is photographed and parents can purchase photos from an online gallery. We bring our guided poses and creative lighting to give athletes a polished experience while keeping the session efficient for the whole team or organization.
Each athlete typically receives 2–3 individual poses, a team photo, and access to their personal gallery. When time allows, we can also include a freestyle pose or a quick buddy/friend photo round to add variety and personality to the gallery.
Team photos are provided to the school or organization at no cost, and senior banner photos can often be taken during the same session.
Hybrid Media Day
OHANA’s Hybrid Media Day combines a traditional Team & Individual Picture Day with media-style content for your organization.
Each athlete receives the standard picture day experience, including individual poses, team photos, and access to a parent ordering gallery. The organization also receives usable media assets such as headshots, team and group photos, and select freestyle/buddy photos for social media and marketing.
Because this format includes every athlete, the number of poses is more limited than a dedicated Media Day, but it gives your organization a strong mix of parent gallery photos and content you can use throughout the season.
