Model Release Terms & Conditions

By selecting “Yes” on our registration form, you are agreeing to the following Model Release Terms and Conditions with OHANA Studios, LLC.

1. Grant of Rights and Consent I hereby grant OHANA Studios, LLC and its authorized representatives the absolute right and permission to take photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me.

2. Usage of Likeness I authorize OHANA Studios, LLC to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute my likeness, image, voice, and appearance. This includes, but is not limited to, use in promotional materials, websites, social media channels, print advertising, press releases, and any other commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. Right to Edit and Alter I grant the right to edit, alter, copy, or distribute these images or recordings. I understand that the content may be combined with other images, text, or graphics, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy, wherein my likeness appears.

4. Waiver of Compensation I understand and agree that I will not receive any financial compensation, royalties, or other payment for the use of my image or recordings, either now or in the future. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the media.

5. Release of Liability I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge OHANA Studios, LLC, its employees, agents, and representatives from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, or any other persons acting on my behalf may have. This includes claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of the production, distribution, or use of the photographs or recordings.

6. Age of Consent By agreeing to these terms, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If the subject of the media is a minor, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor and am agreeing to these terms on their behalf.
